We are interested in uncovering novel fundamental principles that govern early embryo development. We leverage model embryonic systems to reveal cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying genome regulation, cell fate transitions, and organogenesis during early development. We also study how geometric changes of cells and organelles impact tissue development and disease progression.
